Status Update, October 2020

Happy Fall! Another month, another status update. The past month has been spent to finish the remaining items and testing for the newest release of beagles, which was released earlier today. I have also setup some repositories for some projects I plan to start working on in the upcoming months....

Announcing beagles v0.2.0

I am proud to announce the next release, v0.2.0, of beagles. Greater functionality has been added to the application to make it much more useful. Of important note, there have been multiple breaking changes since v0.1.1 requiring you to either modify, using the man pages, or delete the configuration file entirely and let the application generate a new one....

Status Update, September 2020

Howdy! Despite it being excessively busy at my day job, it has been a very productive month for beagles. Subscription and favorite pages have been added to the user interface, podcast download and external play capabilities have been implemented, updates to the config file have been completed to make it more user-friendly and to apply more error checks....

Announcing beagles v0.1.1

Version 0.1.1, has been released to fix the config and database directories, it no longer sets them at compile time, instead it uses the xdg defaults, with the ability to override them using the BEAGLES_CFG and BEAGLES_DB environment variables....

Announcing beagles v0.1.0

I am proud to announce the first release, v0.1.0, of a new vim inspired TUI feed aggregator, named beagles. The basic functionality is implemented, but there is still much todo. This release consists of 74 commits from two developers, ~chrisppy and ~willt, to implement the initial config file, user interface, database, documentation, and base functionality....
